BuddyCrate is a premium subscription box service that's all about delivering a non-stop, tail-wagging experience to your dog, whether they be big or small. Each month, you will receive a BuddyCrate containing a different assortment of deliciously healthy treats and fun toys. Every box is an experience you and your best friend will love!
Each BuddyCrate comes with a customized assortment of 5-6 tasty treats and awesome toys. The boxes are carefully put together by our crazy, dog-loving staff. We take into account dog size, allergies, and food sensitivities in order to ensure only happiness to every BuddyCrate recipient.

2. Choose your dog's size based on weight:

  • Small: 1-25 lbs
  • Medium: 26-50 lbs
  • Large: 50+ lbs

3. Next, choose your plan:

  • Month to month ($24 per month)
  • 6 months ($21 per month)
  • 12 months ($19 per month)
4. When checking out, create a new account so we can process your order and ship your BuddyCrate. You can also log in to your account to check past orders and find tracking information.
Yes, we do! Please be sure to specify all allergies in the notes section before proceeding to checkout.

When will I be billed?

Your subscription will be billed on the 1st or the 15th of each month depending on when you place your order.

What payment options do I have?

We accept all debit and credit cards as forms of payment.

If I select a 6 or 12 month subscription, what do I need to do to receive my BuddyCrate each month?

Nothing! We'll take care of everything on our end. Your card will automatically be charged and your BuddyCrate sent out monthly.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Discount codes can be entered at the checkout page. You simply have to enter in the code prior to submitting your final payment. 

Can I use more than one promo code per order?

Unfortunately, each order allows only one promo code.

You must cancel your account before the 1st of the month to prevent being billed for that month's box. If you cancel your account after the month begins, you will receive a final box for that month. All cancellation requests can be sent to hello@buddycrate.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. Keep in mind we do not offer refunds for pre-paid gift subscriptions.

Are there any shipping fees?

Shipping is fixed at $6.00 per box.

How long does shipping take?

Each order takes 3-5 business days to be processed and the BuddyCrate sent out. You will receive a tracking number to your email once the order ships out.

How do I change my shipping address?

Simply log in to your account and change your shipping address.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the United States and are currently working on expanding our shipping efforts worldwide. Stay tuned!

One of my BuddyCrate items were ripped or damaged when it arrived. What do I do?

Kindly send us an email at hello@buddycrate.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement.

Can I gift a BuddyCrate subscription?

Yes, simply click "Send a Gift" at the top to send a lucky dog a BuddyCrate subscription.

I received my first BuddyCrate gift box. Do I need to do anything to activate processing for the rest of my boxes?

Once the gift is purchased and we receive your information, we track your subscription and will send you your BuddyCrate each month.
